Common Problem:

Question 1: I don't know how to make it work

After installing the battery, press the on/off button for the first time to set the heat to high (3 light bars will light up)

Press the ON/OFF button a second time to reduce the heat setting to medium (2 light bars will illuminate)

Press the ON/OFF button a third time to lower the heat setting (1 light bar will light up)

Press the ON/OFF button for the fourth time to turn off the glove heating system (all light poles will turn off)

Problem 2: The gloves are only heated for about 30 minutes. 

Make sure batteries are charged for at least 4 hours.

Q3: Does it work at - 0 º C?
