Setup (Shore/Ground)

1. Select firm soil near the waterline. Press the two spikes into the ground until stable.
2. Open the rod cradle and ensure the rubber coating faces the rod contact points.
3. Place the rod butt/reel seat into the cradle; align the tip toward the water.
4. Arm the spring tilt mechanism per the device’s latch design (keep fingers clear).
5. Choose a sensitivity level (1 = least sensitive, 4 = most). Match to target fish/current.

Fishing & Strike

• Set drag appropriately and avoid locking the reel to prevent rod damage on strong strikes.
• When a fish bites, the tilt arm triggers upward lift; grasp the rod and begin retrieval.

Folding & Care
