Pre-Install Checklist

• Choose mounting type: tube or flange (per supplied base).

Installation (Qualified Installer Recommended)

1. Assemble hub and three nylon-fiber blades per manual; torque fasteners to spec.
2. Mount generator body to base (roof bracket or tower flange); ensure perfect plumb.
3. Route cabling through weather-proof glands; bond system and ground to code.
4. Connect to charge controller / hybrid inverter per wiring diagram and polarity marks.
5. Verify free rotation, brake/stop procedures, and correct controller settings.

Operation & Care

• Start-up at low wind (≈2 m/s); performance rises with wind speed and site quality.
• Quarterly: check blade/hub bolts, guy wires (if tower), connectors, and seals.
• After storms: inspect for impact damage; confirm clear spin and no vibration.
